V tekmovanju udele\u017eenci sprejemajo odlo\u010ditve o razvojnih projektih na podro\u010dju naftne in plinske industrije, o gradnji rafinerije, dolo\u010dajo pa tudi najbolj\u0161i portfolio produktov. \u0160tudenti imajo tudi prilo\u017enost postaviti strategijo razvoja maloprodajne mre\u017ee in se odlo\u010dati glede investicij v razvoj mre\u017ee. 8 najbolj\u0161ih ekip\u00a0 bo dobilo prilo\u017enost sodelovati v finalnem delu tekmovanja, ki poteka v \u017eivo. Najbolj\u0161i \u0161tudentje imajo mo\u017enost postati potencialni udele\u017eenci kariernega programa Skupine MOL za sve\u017ee diplomante, imenovanega Growww.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>TEKMOVANJE FRESHHH POTEKA V TREH KROGIH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Spletni kvalifacijski krog \u2013 Strate\u0161ka simulacijska igra v treh delih: Upstream (Raziskave in Razvoj), Downstream (Rafinerije, Logistika) in Maloprodaja<\/li>\n<li>Polfinale za najbolj\u0161ih 40 ekip: tehnolo\u0161ko osredoto\u010dene \u0161tudije primerov in strokovni kvizi<\/li>\n<li>Finalni dogodek v \u017eivo \u2013 za 8 najbolj\u0161ih ekip poteka v Budimpe\u0161ti na Mad\u017earskem<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Med letoma 2007 in 2016 je tekmovanje Freshhh pritegnilo ve\u010d kot 25.000 \u0161tudentov iz 76 dr\u017eav in 250 univerz ter fakultet. V tekmovanju Freshhh 2016 je sodelovalo rekordno \u0161tevilo udele\u017eencev, ki je skupaj oblikovalo 2.307 ekip na globalni ravni.
