{"id":11458,"date":"2025-11-12T08:36:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-12T07:36:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ntf.uni-lj.si\/omm\/?post_type=news&#038;p=11458"},"modified":"2025-11-12T08:36:07","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T07:36:07","slug":"international-student-conference-isc2025-bor-serbia","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.ntf.uni-lj.si\/omm\/en\/news\/international-student-conference-isc2025-bor-serbia\/","title":{"rendered":"International Student Conference ISC2025 (Bor, Serbia)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"306\">From <strong data-start=\"5\" data-end=\"25\">October 22 to 25<\/strong>, members of the <strong data-start=\"42\" data-end=\"84\">Department of Materials and Metallurgy<\/strong>, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, University of Ljubljana, participated in the <strong data-start=\"176\" data-end=\"212\">International Conference IOC2025<\/strong>, held at <strong data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"239\">Borsko Jezero<\/strong> in <strong data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"258\">Bor, Serbia<\/strong>, accompanied by students from the department.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"562\">At the <strong data-start=\"315\" data-end=\"359\">International Student Conference ISC2025<\/strong>, our students proudly and successfully represented the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, attracting considerable attention from the professional community with their research contributions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"824\"><strong data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"581\">Tim Dreven\u0161ek<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"604\">Ne\u017eka Valen\u010di\u010d<\/strong>, master\u2019s students of Metallurgy and Materials, presented their paper from the PU\u0160 project titled <em data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"822\">\u201cOptimisation of Heat Treatment to Achieve High Mechanical Properties of an AlSi10MgMn Alloy Product for E-Mobility.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"1112\"><strong data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"841\">Enej Kav\u010di\u010d<\/strong>, a young researcher, presented the contribution <em data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"1008\">\u201cInfluence of Heat Treatment on the Microstructure Development and Hardness of the Alloy EN AW-7175 with Lanthanum,\u201d<\/em> for which he received the <strong data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1050\">first prize<\/strong> for the outstanding execution and presentation of his work.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1162\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">We are <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1162\" data-is-last-node=\"\">extremely proud of our young experts!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"From October 22 to 25, members of the Department of Materials and Metallurgy, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, University of Ljubljana, participated in the International Conference IOC2025, held at Borsko Jezero in Bor, Serbia, accompanied by students from the department.
