Sandra Peri\u010d, dipl. in\u017e. metal.<br \/>\nTel: 01 2000 416<br \/>\nE-mail: <a href=\"mailto:sandra.peric@ntf.uni-lj.si\">sandra.peric@ntf.uni-lj.si<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Predstavitev katedre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toplotnotehni\u010dni in\u017eenirski problemi, ki jih pokriva Katedra za toplotno tehniko, so povezani z optimizacijo procesov v industrijskih sistemih, predvsem z vidika kakovosti ogrevanja in ohlajanja, racionalne rabe energije ter varstva okolja. Poseben poudarek je na procesih, ki potekajo pri visokih temperaturah ob razli\u010dnih na\u010dinih prenosa toplote ter snovi. V laboratorijih poteka raziskovalno delo, ki zajema meritve in regulacije temperature, dolo\u010danje toplotnih lastnosti materialov ter preiskave trdnih, teko\u010dih in plinastih goriv.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raziskovalna dejavnost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O raznovrstnosti in obsegu raziskav, ki so bile izvedene v okviru katedre, pri\u010da preko 300 poro\u010dil in \u0161tevilne predstavitve v obliki predavanj, posterjev in znanstvenih \u010dlankov na doma\u010dih in tujih kongresih. Katedra se je uveljavila pri diagnosticiranju stanja obratovanja industrijskih pe\u010di ter merilne in regulacijske tehnike in s svojimi ekspertizami prispevala k energijsko racionalnej\u0161emu in bolj ekolo\u0161kemu obratovanju ter ve\u010dji kakovosti proizvodov. V okviru metrologije so bile izvedene ekspertne meritve na pe\u010deh tudi za tako zahtevne naro\u010dnike, kot sta na Germanischer Lloyd in Lloyd&#8217;s Register. Veliko izku\u0161enj je bilo pridobljenih z meritvami emisij iz metalur\u0161kih obratov, kar je po sprejetju zakona o varstvu zraka pomembno pripomoglo k zagotavljanju skladnosti z zakonodajo in zmanj\u0161evanju okoljskega vpliva.<\/p>\n<p>Na katedri smo uspe\u0161no uporabili metodo za razvoj in testiranje modelov ogrevanja jekel, ki omogo\u010da simulacijo procesov v realnem \u010dasu. V ta namen smo vzpostavili sistem za avtomatski zajem signalov iz merilnih pretvornikov, ki prek serijske komunikacije prena\u0161a podatke na osebni ra\u010dunalnik, kjer jih simulacijski program v realnem \u010dasu obdeluje in uporablja v procesnem modelu za izra\u010dun ter prikaz sicer nemerljivih veli\u010din v industrijskih razmerah. Sistem smo implementirali v podjetju ACRONI d. o. o., kjer smo ob posodobitvi regulacije potisne pe\u010di s programirljivim logi\u010dnim krmilnikom prilagodili zajem podatkov prek Ethernet omre\u017eja med PLC in proizvodnim ra\u010dunalnikom.<\/p>\n<p>Trenutno so raziskave na katedri usmerjene k razvoju in optimizaciji elastokalori\u010dnih zlitin z namenom izdelave naprednih materialov za energetsko u\u010dinkovite tehnologije hlajenja in ogrevanja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laboratorij za meritve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V laboratoriju se izvajajo vaje in raziskovalno delo s poudarkom na merjenju toplotnih lastnosti materialov, temperaturnih sprememb, in-situ meritve elektri\u010dne upornosti ter analiza emisij delcev. \u0160tudenti pridobivajo prakti\u010dne izku\u0161nje z merjenjem temperature, pretoka in tlaka, pri \u010demer uporabljajo termoelemente, opti\u010dne pirometre, rotametre in plinske ure.
