The students collections of the 1st and 2nd year of postgraduate studies<\/strong> was the last presentation on the day at the final student fashion show of\u00a0Textile and Fashion Design<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Department of Textiles, Graphic Arts and Design<\/a>\u00a0at the\u00a0Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering<\/a>,\u00a0University of Ljubljana<\/a>. On Thrusday, March 30th 2017 at 6 pm<\/strong>\u00a0at the Ljubljana Castle<\/strong> a total of 90 outfits of man\u02c8s and woman\u02c8s collections from six to fourteen\u00a0silhouettes were showcased under the thematic title\u00a0\u00a0\u201cMANUAL TECHNOLOGIES\u201d<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as part\u00a0\u00a0of the\u00a0Ljubljana Fashion Week<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1st year masters students:\u00a0Katarina Radovi\u0107<\/strong>,\u00a0Katarina Kimovec<\/strong>,\u00a0Jona Bednjanec<\/strong>,\u00a0Sa\u0161a Ha\u0161i\u010d<\/strong>,\u00a0Dejan Petrovi\u0107<\/strong>,\u00a0Tja\u0161a Zalar<\/strong>,\u00a0Timi Bistan<\/strong>,\u00a0Eva Bizjak <\/strong>and\u00a0Anita Bizjak<\/strong>\u00a0and the 2nd year masters students:\u00a0David Bacali<\/strong>,\u00a0Evgenija Zefirovska<\/strong>,\u00a0Deni Pregelj<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Julija Kaja Hrovat <\/strong>developed\u00a0their collections under the mentorship of Prof. Almira Sadar, Assoc. Prof. Elena Fajt, Assoc. Prof. Nata\u0161a Per\u0161uh, Prof. Marija Jenko, Tech. Assist. Nata\u0161a Hrupi\u010d, Tech. Assist.\u00a0Alenka More, Tech. Assist.\u00a0Marjeta \u010cuk and Tech. Assist.\u00a0Andrej Vilar.<\/p>\n

The entire presentation of Koto students at the Ljubljana Fashion Week was completed by the creations designed on the topic of the Idrija Lace<\/strong>, in cooperation with the Municipality of Idrija<\/strong><\/a>, Idrija Heritage Centre<\/a><\/strong> and Association of Idrija lace-makers<\/a><\/b>. Students David Bacali<\/strong>,\u00a0Anja Medle<\/strong>,\u00a0Petra Frank<\/strong>,\u00a0Julija Kaja Hrovat<\/strong>,\u00a0Dejan Petrovi\u0107<\/strong>,\u00a0Admir Kapi\u0107<\/strong>,\u00a0Kaja Repen\u0161ek<\/strong>,\u00a0Valerija Intihar<\/strong>,\u00a0\u00a0Kaja Repen\u0161ek<\/strong>,\u00a0Mateja Zajc<\/strong>,\u00a0Denis Luke\u0161evi\u0107 <\/strong>and\u00a0Klara Dulc<\/strong>\u00a0designed 12 unique cocktail and evening dresses, which included modern interpretation of Idrija lace. Later, the creations were also presented at the 36th Idrija Lace Festival<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
