Students of textile and clothing design NTF KOTO studied customs and living habits of the population of Ljubljana from the time of the Roman Empire within the project Different portraits of Emona, which was held under the guidance of prof. Marija Jenko and technical assistant Marjeta \u010cuk at the course of Development of textiles. City of Ljubljana was previously known under the name of Emona. With knowledge of contemporary artistic styles the students created different portraits of imaginary inhabitants of Emona as we know them from the literature. Ancient locals have been known for their sociability and ingenuity, their active and critical attitude towards reality which made students enthusiastic to write theorems and dedications – modern graffiti.\u00a0The work of students which have emerged in the context of this project were on display at the exhibition of the same name, which lasted from October 8 to October 22, 2014 at the cafe of City Museum of Ljubljana<\/a>, on Gosposka Street 15.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Students of textile and clothing design NTF KOTO studied customs and living habits of the population of Ljubljana from the time of the Roman Empire within the project Different portraits of Emona, which was held under the guidance of prof.
