Plants and trees are the breathing instruments of the world, but beneath their surface lies another level of life \u2013 a subtle web of structures and patterns that connect the micro and macro worlds. Every tiny part has its place and meaning in the big picture. This order is not only visual, but also energetic \u2013 the code of nature, which is repeated through fractals and symmetries.<br \/>\nAs part of the project, 3rd year textile and clothing design students investigated how natural patterns can be transferred to a textile surface. The resulting installations do not depict nature, but rather its hidden inner logic \u2013 as a material manifestation of invisible connections in the ecosystem.<br \/>\nThe <em>Hidden Symmetries<\/em> exhibition is both a tribute to nature as a master of organised forms and of sophisticated complexity. With an artistic approach, it opens up a space for reflection on how humans could rebuild a more conscious relationship with it \u2013 also through textiles.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin-top: 40px\">Exhibition at BIEN 2025<\/h4>\n<p>The project <strong>Hidden Symmetries (2025)<\/strong> is exhibited as part of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/layer.si\/bien\/en\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">BIEN 2025<\/a><\/a><\/strong><\/a> textile art biennial and can be seen at the <strong>Kranjska Hi\u0161a Gallery in Kranj<\/strong> until <strong>July 8, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin-top: 40px\">The authors<\/h4>\n<p>Third-year undergraduate students of Textile and Fashion Design:<\/p>\n<p><em>Ceren Akbay, Eli Arapova, Ta\u0161a Blatnik, Ema Cestnik, Brina Coti\u010d, Urban Dereani, Larisa Gregor, Ne\u017ea Kav\u010di\u010d, Lia Sara Likar, Zala Marolt, Filip Minoski, Tina Mohor\u010di\u010d, Midori Pallewatta Gamaralalage, Zarja Pertoci, Sara Petru\u0161evska, Maria Leonor Couto Prioste, Alja Rojko, Taja Sejdi\u010d, Valentina Sinkovi\u010d, Eva Strnad, Zala \u0160o\u0161ki\u010d and Tara Urban<\/em><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin-top: 40px\">Mentorship and Support<\/h4>\n<p><strong> Mentor and Co-author:<\/strong> prof.
