In-depth study of the influence of historical periods and artistic styles on typography; first records, manuscripts up to the year 1500, the Renaissance, forms of first printed fonts, Baroque, Classicism, industrialisation, the period starting with the 20th century, Art Nouveau, New Traditionalism, Modernism, Postmodernism, the typographic galaxy; micro-typography of foreign languages; role of the information carrier in the typographic choice.
