Program XLS2PHRQ for generation of input files for geochemical program PHREEQC from MS Excel tables
- Program XLS2PHRQ© iz izbrane geokemične analize v MS Excel© formatu (*.xlsx) naredi vhodno datoteko za program PHREEQC© (*.phrq). Primer XLSX datoteke je v pripadajočem ZIP arhivu. Ime delovnega lista mora biti “analize”, uporabljene morajo decimalne pike in ne vejice. Vrednosti pod mejo detekcije (<MD) so obravnavane kot tekst in morajo biti popravljene v PHREEQC. Izvorna koda je dostopna na zahtevo. Delo je podprla Javna agencija za raziskovalno dejavnost Republike Slovenije – ARRS, št. projekta Z1-3670.
- Program XLS2PHRQ© generates an input file for program PHREEQC© from a selected geochemical analysis data in MS Excel© (*.xlsx). An example of XLSX file is included in the ZIP file. The worksheet name should be “analize”, decimal points should be used instead of commas. Values below the detection limit (<LOD) are treated as text and must be corrected in PHREEQC.
