On 11th and 12th of February 2016 we had a study trip in Milan under the guidance of prof. Almira Sadar.
We visited the fairgrounds Milanocityfiera, where we saw the Textile fair Milanounica.
On Thursday the students visited the area of fashion tendencies, where the best textiles and atmosphere of the trends for the season spring / summer 2017 were exhibited.
We also visited the famous shop Corso Como 10, one of the best conceptual fashion stores (best brands), which also includes a hotel, a café and a bookshop.
We used Friday to see the new galleries of contemporary art Fondazione Prada, and the art
store Spazio Rossana Orlandi selling many designer pieces of furniture for interior.
We used the afternoon to look for the new Spring / Summer 2016 collections in the main fashion district, called “Quadrilatero d’Oro della moda“ which occupies four streets – Via Monte Napoleone, Via della Spiga, Via Alessandro Manzoni and Corso Venezia.
We walked also through the gallery Vittorio Emanuele and best known Milan department store La Rinascente, which is now organized as a series of boutiques.
