In the event of limits on enrolment:

Candidates from points a) and b) above will be selected taking into account the number of credits achieved in a first-level study programme, or in a higher education or university study programme prior to the implementation of the Bologna Declaration.
Credits are calculated by taking the average study grade rounded to one decimal place and dividing by 10 (maximum of 100 credits).

Transfers between study programmes

Transfers between study programmes are possible within second-level programmes at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, Department of Textiles, Graphic Arts and Design, and other faculties in accordance with the Higher Education Act, the relevant criteria for transfers between study programmes and other regulations.

The following criteria are taken into account in transfers between programmes:

 the fulfilment of conditions for enrolment in a new study programme,
 the number of available places,
 the academic years and semesters in a previous study programme, in which a student fulfilled all study obligations that may be recognised in full, and
 the minimum number of semesters that a student must complete in order to graduate from the new programme.

Transfers are possible:

a) from second-level study programmes in the fields of textile and fashion design or fashion design,
b) from second-level study programmes in other artistic fields,
c) from university study programmes, prior to the implementation of the Bologna Declaration, in the fields of textile and fashion design or fashion design, and
d) from university study programmes, prior to the implementation of the Bologna Declaration, in other artistic fields.

Candidates must fulfil the conditions for enrolment in the programme to which they are transferring. The Study Commission of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering determines separately for each candidate the obligations that must be met prior to enrolment when transferring to a new programme, as well as the academic year to which a candidate may transfer.

Number of enrolment places and enrolment for continuing study according to transfer criteria

Candidates may enrol according to the relevant transfer criteria, provided that study places are available. The number of enrolment places is limited to the number of enrolment places for the first academic year.
If there are more transfer applications than there are available places, candidates will be selected taking into account the learning outcomes achieved in previous education.
The deadline for enrolment is 1st September 2024. Enrolment will be carried out via the eVŠ portal. Candidates may find all information and instructions on the faculty’s website.
Should a second enrolment deadline be announced, you will be informed accordingly on the faculty’s website.
