The Living together project is a group work of students from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering and the Faculty of Architecture in Ljubljana: under the auspices of the mentors, a monumental work was created that emphasizes the spatial transformation of the micro location in question and, with the help of light, illuminates and animates the given ambience. The participants designed a floating structure of voluminous towers – translucent chandeliers that dictate the rhythm of the space and follow its functional use; as the authors of the project say, the structures suspended under the sky form a functional image of shadows, which at night turns into its opposite – into light, which further emphasizes the dual spatial arrangement of the small square.
