Goals: ability to use mathematical tools and methods in solving engineering problems. Topics include: linear algebra: understanding real numbers and mathematical operations; matrices and determinants and their application in solving linear equations. All mathematical concepts and methods are explained by cases taken from practice. The course is carried out with the support of modern teaching technology, especially computers with suitable software.
