The course primarily discusses welding procedures. Students acquire knowledge about equipment and different welding methods, i.e. basic welding procedures, pressure welding, adding auxiliary materials for welding and weldability, which are basic elements for appropriate selection of the welding method and operations in joining and refining of steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, plastic materials and ceramics.
