Together with the Administrative Unit Ljubljana, we decided on a SPECIAL DESK for international students from September 18 to October 13. Our International Student Ambassadors will greet you each working day during that time, offer guidance, and assist you with the last-minute requirements for submitting paperwork to apply for a residence permit. The Administrative Unit will anticipate that you have all the necessary paperwork on hand, have completed the application form, and intend to submit the required paperwork for your residence permit that same day. You do not need to book an appointment to submit documents during this period.
But if this is not the case with you, if you need a more thorough examination of the paperwork, if you are unsure how to complete the form, or if you are unsure that you have all you need to apply, you can consult with our International Student Ambassadors. The REVIEWING OF THE DOCUMENTATION and filled application forms will take place at the University of Ljubljana School of Economics and Business (Kardeljeva ploščad 17) and the University of Ljubljana Faculty of Arts (Aškerčeva cesta 2) for 14 working days also in the period from September 18 to October 13. After receiving the invitation to issue the permit, it is necessary to make an appointment to pick up the permit.
