Razpisani novi poletni šoli

Vabljeni na poletni šoli, ki se bosta med 21. in 25. julijem 2025 odvijali v Šibeniku in Reki (Hrvaška). Stroške namestitve in obrokov krije organizator, ravno tako pa bodo delno povrnjeni tudi stroški potovanja. Udeležba je brezplačna.


ChargeUp Summer School 

The School contributes to closing the knowledge gap within the area of e-mobility by raising the abilities of students – as future urban mobility professionals –  to implement and leverage new EV-related technologies, additionally strengthening their capacities to act as innovators and entrepreneurs. The Summer School to be held in Šibenik builds on knowledge triangle integration practices by engaging academia, businesses, industry and cities. It is designed as a combination of a challenge-based courses and study trips, building on an existing bachelor’s study programme Energy Efficiency and Renewable Sources in Šibenik, held by the University of Zagreb – Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. The topics of the school are e-mobility, V2G, batteries, automated and connected vehicles, integration of the renewable energy sources into mobility systems and other related concepts.

The call is open to master’s program students or undergraduate students who have completed at least the second year of their undergraduate studies and hold citizenship in one of the following RIS countries: Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Czechia, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Poland.

All study programmes are welcome, but a slight advantage is given to the students enrolled in the following programmes:

  • Engineering,
  • Information science,
  • Information technology,
  • Computer science,
  • Computer engineering,
  • Statistics,
  • Geoinformation technology,
  • Economics,
  • Mechanical engineering,
  • Software engineering.

The school will be implemented in English.

REAL RIS Summer School ‘Innovative Transformation of Urban Streets’

The school aims to gather Croatian and neighbouring countries’ students and young professionals, mentors from industry, the academia and NGOs, cities, and innovators into an engaging co-design experience and learning-by-doing activity in the beautiful City of Rijeka and the Town of Lovran in Croatia.

The objective of the REAL RIS Summer School is to educate students about planning and executing measures targeting zero-emission mobility in coastal cities, with a focus on exploiting existing or creating new innovative concepts, products and services, while using the benefits of interdisciplinary and international teamwork. It aims to involve the students, university mentors and industry/SME representatives in the programme that brings together all sides of the knowledge triangle to learn from each other and co-create solutions, with a view to generating long-lasting partnerships. The topic is the transformation of the urban streets as a means to reach the climate, social and environmental targets of the cities, also considering functionality and aestetic.

The call is open to master’s program students or undergraduate students who have completed at least the second year of their undergraduate studies and hold citizenship in one of the following RIS countries: Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina,  Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia.
