English for Specific Purposes develops the language and communication competences required for the effective use of English in the field of textile and clothing engineering. Students acquire core discipline-specific terminology, become familiar with the key areas of the textile and clothing industry, and develop the skills needed for professional, business and academic communication, including public speaking and the delivery of professional presentations. The course integrates language learning with discipline-specific content, preparing students to engage with professional literature, participate in international collaboration, and communicate their work effectively in an international professional and academic context.
