Sebastijan Šmid, a student of Textile and Clothing Planning has received the EUTOPIA 2050 European Universities scholarship, funded by the Erasmus+ programme. Sebastijan will be hosted at the University CY Cergy Paris, where he will conduct research under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cedric Plesse and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marija Gorjanc on the development of textiles for personal protection using extracts from food waste.
