As part of University of Ljubljana’s 100th anniversary, ten best research achievements in 2019 were presented.
The “Development of the production process of the first sustainable flame retardant polyamide 6 textile”, innovated by our colleagues from the Chair of Textile and Clothing Engineering, in collaboration with the Department of Materials Chemistry of the National Institute of Chemistry, Slovenia was recognized as one of ten best.
In her presention, Dr Jelena Vasiljevic emphasized that she dedicates this recognition to the long-standing cooperation of their Chair of Textile and Clothing Engineering with the Laboratory for Coating Development of the Chemical Institute. She is proud that their research team built outstanding relationships, which helped them to realize their innovative ideas.
