Internship Opportunity at ITU – Join Our Design Team on a Major Web Redesign Project
I am writing on behalf of the design team at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
We are currently offering 3 to 6 months internships (either remote or on-site) for students or recent graduates with a focus on User Interface Design and general graphic design. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the redesign of ITU’s corporate website, a high-impact project that touches on global communications and digital development.
We are seeking motivated candidates with the following profile:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- A strong interest in typography, iconography, and prototyping
- Solid foundation in UI design principles and graphic design
- Ability to collaborate in a multicultural, interdisciplinary team
Please note that, at this stage, internships are UNPAID. However, the experience offers interns the chance to work on a significant international project, gain exposure to the workings of a UN agency, and develop a portfolio of professional-level design work.
We would be grateful if you could share this opportunity with eligible students or alumni. Interested candidates may send their CV, portfolio, and a brief motivation letter to design@itu.int by end of September.
Should you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Thank you very much for your time and support.
